The finished room down its centreline: runway threshold markings and centreline painted on the floor, glazed portholes with backlit cloud graphics and blue cove down both walls, upholstered chairs at glass tables, bar at the far end.

A concrete shell given the section of a widebody cabin.

Dining room: glass-topped table with blue velvet chairs and one tan leather head chair on a deep-pile rug, smoked-glass cluster pendant above, floor-length curtains and a palm at the window.
Private Residence Residential interior
Bedroom: teal velvet upholstered bed with white linen, matching bedside cabinets with globe lamps, floor-length curtains, oak floor and a pale rug.

Marble, lacquer and velvet. The discipline of a cabin without its constraint.

New seat base and headrest in white leather on the trim bench: button-tufted squab, Malibu script embroidered into the headrest face.
Piper PA‑46 Malibu Cabin refurbishment
The cabin stripped back to structure: bare green zinc-chromate airframe and floor beams exposed below the window line, seats, carpet and lower sidewalls removed, ducting loose.

A single-engine cabin taken out to the airframe and rebuilt in quilted hide.

Open-plan office from the entrance: oak-veneer reception counter in the foreground, oak slat panel and screen on the far wall, desks along the window run, soft seating and coffee table to the right.
RAM Aviation Workplace interior
Boardroom: long light-oak meeting table with eight black mesh task chairs, roller blinds across the window wall, oak plank floor.

Offices for an aviation company. Oak, slatted panelling, one shared desk.

A cabin is a room with no spare millimetres, no straight walls and a weight limit.

Comfort there is not a material. It is the profile of the foam, the rake of a backrest, and where the light falls at the third hour.
